Pros
The pay is great, the benefits are great
Cons
This company has a chronic issue of hiring the wrong people, and then letting those people influence the future of the company while they desperately silence anyone trying to tell them that they don’t what they’re doing. This is a problem from the top-down. The C-Suite perpetuates a culture of finger-pointing and diversionary sales tactics to mask their incompetency to investors; the on-site managers are recruited from lower-level hotel chains with experience that has no basis in multifamily real estate. Whether you are seeking to invest, or work for this company, I implore that you run away as quickly as you can. I’d be surprised to see this company make it the next 5 years before being acquired and dissolved.
