Pros

Working at Sentral has been an amazing opportunity. By far the best aspect of the company is the people you get to work with; without exception everyone I have interacted with at this company has been both kind and brilliant at what they do. There is also the excitement of building something new in the multifamily space and the potential upside that comes with that. Finally, the benefits are truly exceptional: WFH, fully covered health benefits, 401k match, Unlimited PTO with a 15-day per year minimum, WFH stipend, discounts when staying at Sentral properties, and more.

Cons

As others have said, there are times when the workload will get heavy, but in all honesty I've yet to work at a company that doesn't have busy times. No true cons come to mind.

Pros

Amazing team and residents made this one of the best work experiences I’ve had. There was rarely a day I didn’t look forward to coming in and while no job is perfect, the people here always made the tough days worth it. I learned more from management here than anywhere else in my career. I had incredible mentors, including one in particular who pushed me and never let me settle, which made me better at my job.

Cons

Hours aren’t always guaranteed to a full 80 (biweekly), which affects take home pay base pay could be adjusted to account for that gap. Would also love to see more employee incentives. Limited growth opportunities in Arizona, since there aren’t many properties in the area to advance into.

Pros

Generous bonus structures and nice looking properties

Cons

They’re trying to accomplish flexible living but the majority of corporate employees barely understand hotel management and don’t have the first idea about leasing/resident management. They falsely report the property’s financials and occupancy numbers to their investors so owners think their investment properties are doing better than they are and cheap out on building repairs at the expense of people’s safety and without reporting any building issues to investors.
