Pros

Fantastic Benefits. They pay you to work out in the onsite gym specifically built for employees. They were interested in having healthy employees and tried hard to encourage healthy lifestyles. Besides the gym they also held lunch hour seminarsz on health topics that employees could suggest. The Insurance benefits are great. Some complained but I thought they were better than most places. Many of the departments were great places to work. The Virtual Team management had a bad reputation and no one would transfer into our department.

Cons

The particular department I worked in was out of touch with the needs of the people on their team. They talked about wanting to make it a better enviroment but never followed through. The revolving door on the Virtual Administrative Services department was unreal. Management style created bad feelings and tension between workers.

Pros

Company contributes 15% of annual salary to PSP, great location in SW Ft Worth, free parking, nice people to work with, comfortable work environment.

Cons

Lousy medical plan. Salary increases have been very low for 5 years. Unsure of new CEO's ability to make company a competitive force with all the big financial planning firms now that it no longer has the military market access that it use to. Field force down at least 40% from 2 years ago. Seems to be going back to old ways of doing business rather than going forward and expanding into a full service brokerage firm like they set out to do 3 years ago.
