Pros

Company values are good; good retirement plan

Cons

IT dept in a complete mess. Sr. leadership has no clue how to treat employees. Blames failures on certain folks they want out of the dept. No career outlook. Another reviewer said it best you get in and get stuck.

Pros

Lots of growth opportunity for lower to middle management positions. Company strives to do the best to create a great working culture. Used to be family oriented.

Cons

Missed the mark on understanding their work force. Opportunities for advancement are few, as management keeps bringing in their own friends from outside the company.

Pros

- Growth! Company is doing well financially. Employees benefit with ESOP and job security - Focused on psychological safety, training/development, agile, diversity & inclusion - Lots of job opportunities

Cons

- Surplus of training, development and opportunity with little financial incentive to stay, particularly for individual contributors. Attrition is putting a huge strain on hiring managers. - Technology (BIS) leadership is problematic with a lack of effective engagement within the organization. Senior leadership openly bad mouths teams and people, causing a divide. - Everyone is busy, but not productive. It's a common complaint to be rushing from back to back meetings, context switching, triple booked, etc... when does value get delivered?
