Thank you for your thoughtful review and for being part of the First Command team. We're so glad you’ve found value in our family-oriented culture, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities. Your feedback about increasing veteran representation in corporate roles is critical. As a company deeply rooted in serving the military community, we are committed to expanding pathways for veterans at every level. We appreciate your insight and your voice in that mission.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the important work you do, coaching those who serve. We're glad you’ve found fulfillment in our mission, flexibility in your role, and appreciation for our ESOP program. You're right that working in the field can feel quite different from the home office. Both bring unique perspectives and strengths to our business. We're committed to building stronger bridges between teams so we continue learning from each other and delivering the best support to our clients and colleagues alike.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We appreciate your candid feedback and continued service over the past few years. Your recognition of our mission, flexibility, and people-centered culture is encouraging. We also want you to know that we take your concerns around retention seriously. The loss of talented team members impacts everyone, and we’re actively working to strengthen support, engagement, and career development efforts across the field. Thank you for the reminder that a thriving field team drives our client outcomes.
