Pros

The workload is not hard. A Monday through Friday shift is nice. That’s it.

Cons

Underpaid. Other companies are offering a minimum of $15 meanwhile we’re being paid $13 hourly with an “incentive” to make $14 if you come to work everyday and on time. If you don’t you lose out on the incentive. Management is horrible. Too many personal relationships beyond work. Trainers are rude and do not care. You have zero support here. If you ask a question in chat you will be referred to contact the “help desk” that is always busy. Resource articles used for calls are unclear and out of date. We were supposed to get 2 weeks of OJT where you get guidance and assistance the whole step of the way, but instead we basically we shoved right to production.

Pros

Some team leads want to help. When everything is working, great to listen in headphones to audio books, music, etc. Workers can be left alone for the most part.

Cons

If you work to live, stay away. If you live to work and be underappreciated, go for it. Rules are made up on the spot. Instant mandatory overtime. Overtime required for months at a time, then when the crisis is over, workers are discarded. Very cliquish. Management plays favorites. Supervisors unwilling to listen to suggestions from workers who may have other training, education, and experience. HIPAA violations not reported to UHC and other customers. Building safety concerns, doors that do not latch properly (one of the HIPAA violations). Myopic leadership is so out of touch, they cannot understand why they have so many negative reviews. Received numerous false promises. Uppermost management is incompetent in leadership.

They will make you work overtime with no notice They fire people when they tell them they are fine They play favorites They have a bell curve to make it impossible to bonus They make it so no one gets their sign on bonus’
