Literally the only pro is everything gets so micro managed you never have anything to do. The Gym is also very nice

Cons

I rather be living in a box under the highway than work at InComm. Please trust me, I gave it a shot over 1.5 years working at this place.

Pros

In IT, gaining experience is golden. At this company, you can get hands on in any area of tech. App support, database admin, security, networking, server admin, etc. with so many tools, OS, brands, device type with virtual, cloud, bare metals…

Cons

High stress. In IT, you are Ops, Design, On-Call 24x7, and more. You can push back and say that you are overloaded and you will get sympathy and the expectation that you will still do the work. There is a definite gap in communication, expectations, and understanding between executives and people on the ground. It’s insulting to get 4 weeks of vacation that you can never take.
