Pros
The payments space is really interesting, and many of the people are very nice. Despite being a 25+ year old company, there is still great opportunity to influence processes, as there are very few that are working.
Cons
It's very much a top-down organization, with the CEO making most of the commercial decisions, despite not being involved on a daily basis. In many functions, people don't get visibility to leadership, so unless you're one of the chosen few, you'll likely fly well below the radar. Also, despite claiming it's a FinTech type of company, systems and reporting are very antiquated and manual, so what should be easy tasks take an inordinate amount of time.
