Not a bad company to work for but no job security.

Pros

Leadership is fun and welcoming, unlimited PTO, great benefits, no micro managing, great pay.

Cons

Two lay offs from the time I worked and was let go on that second lay off. Pharmaceutical laws are keeping this company from being successful. Hard to sell a product you don’t trust when customers constantly call in to complain about mistakes or delivery delay. Small tasks are delayed by a week or two not sure now that they may be understaffed. Customers may not be getting the best service out there for mail order if big pharma doesn’t stop monopolizing insurance benefits.

Pros

The company left me with nothing but fond memories, even though I was laid off. They were kind to me before I got hired, during training, and after being laid-off. The CEO took every measure to keep us from losing our jobs. Although it did not work, it was not for lack of trying. I would recommend this job to a friend.

Cons

Pay could be a little better, although it was not bad.

Ability to work remote. Flexible work environment.

Cons

Very low pay. Micromanaged. Glorified call center. Upper leadership pretends to listen but only cares about the bottom line. For the past 2 years they have laid off atleast 20% of their employees only weeks before the holidays with zero notice.
