Pros

There are some great people but you've got to work to find them and they don't last. Really interesting technology centric products and services with a lot of potential for growth. They will likely grow despite themselves.

Cons

There is no leadership in this boys club company hence leading to no corporate strategy or individual team strategy. While there are many bright people, leadership is outside of their experience in many ways. Most aren't equipped to manage anyone, are one trick ponies and cross ethical and moral lines continuously. HR is completely incompetent and only works to cover the the companies a** often times setting employees up for failure. Positions aren't fully explained and expectations aren't set but as soon as something, anything goes wrong leadership is only looking for one thing...who can they point the finger at to save their own a**. If you show yourself to be a competent, engaged and thought leader expect to be stifled and gone. You are competition to the incompetent and weak. Take a look at turnover rates and ask about them. They'd like to have you think they are only hiring but turnover is high. The CEO barks a million directions and the staff is forced to jump despite an already overflowing work load and unrealistic expectations. All could be avoided with vision and strategy. InComm buys companies to hide their complete incompetence and lack of vision. Ideas and strategies are shot down if not those from up high and then a company is purchased in the future to do that exact idea. Or, that idea is barked down with insults of "why hasn't this been done yet" and orders to get it done yesterday. Money is spent with zero regard and partners are completely taken advantage of. Those that have been around long have been beaten down and learned to stay quiet. Pay and benefits are horrible. I could go on and on. Save yourself the effort unless you have an opportunity to get something that you don't want to stay in too long that will catapult you to your next opportunity.

Pros

If you thrive in chaos, there is plenty of chaos. The challenges are endless with a blistering change rate to keep you on your toes. You never work the same day twice. Great location.

Cons

Executive management in IT is highly reactionary and cannot keep up with their own directives. The top priority/end of the world issue/drop everything project changes like the weather. Add constant re-orgs to that and you are set up for failure out of the gate. IT Operations leadership has ethics issues, leadership issues, competency issues and they are completely and arrogantly oblivious to any of this. This is "leadership" that consistently blames the troops for their own failures and is so disrespectful that technicians are openly referred to as "burger flippers". You can see how they refer to the Network team in the interview review someone else left on InComm IT. I wasn't shocked to read that one. This "leadership" in IT Operations is hands down the worst experience I have encountered in any working environment.

Pros

Management is a group of uneducated drinking buddies - Easy to consider work a joke and get hammered at events as long as they have accepted you as their own and you don't ask any questions.

Cons

At InComm you can get promoted in first 6 months, be loved by your clients and coworkers, and then be let go OVER THE PHONE the Friday before a 6 day vacation (48 hours of earned PTO) with NO PAYOUT. Management is a group of uneducated drinking buddies and the director is unbelievably dishonest and undependable - will never come in or join your calls, shows up to work and client events a hung-over mess, even talks trash about others in the group to direct reports. This reckless environment is that of a start-up, but InComm has been around for 25 years and has 2500 employees – You’d think they would have a few things figured out by now. There is no onboarding. There is no communication. There is no daily support, and there is no room for innovation or new ideas! Lastly, you will be promised an easy bonus plan that you probably won’t see for 6 months into the year, and will have laughable NR#s to achieve. Good luck continuing your job search!
