Pros
+ Some genuinely great coworkers + Rent Discount* (Higher discounts for favorites) + Unlimited PTO* (Home team only, HUGE burnout for community team members) + Pretty good diversity until you get higher up.
Cons
- Micromanaging Bosses with a "Do as I say, not as I do" attitude. - Work-Life Balance is a bit of a joke as you will get called after hours and on your off days regularly - You will be extremely under-appreciated, which fosters a complacent attitude. Anything extra you do will become a natural part of your job they expect you to take on for no additional benefits or pay (God forbid you to ask for a raise), if you don't continue this additional upkeep they will crack the whip. - Your manager will get the credit for this work, hence the whip cracking. - Home Team laid off half their staff because the select higher few wanted Christmas bonuses - Abysmal Career Development
