Long list that wouldn’t fit this page. 1. Abusive - due to c suites and senior leaders ignorance and selfishness, talented team members completes impossible work loads to operate properties. 2. Liars - doesn’t deliver what they offer. Blame and scam people for their own benefit. 3. Leaders would frame others to shift focus on them who are performing poorly and even theft. 4. Leaders would sacrifice their team for their own per$$$$onal benefits. 5. Bullies - make team members lives miserable to gain power. So many name calling and deceit. 6. Ignorance - poor experience and knowledge. Did not learn anything from this company. 7. Unfair - Don’t expect to be accurately and fairly evaluated. Politics and staying in their position and future roles are their priority. 8. Fake - what you see is not what you get. Shiny but rotting on the inside. 9. Unstable - poor foundation, poor structure. 10. Discrimination - hire and retain people they work with in the past or their friends. Don’t expect to be hired and promoted because you are qualified. Looking at the positive reviews on here it’s very clear they are all newer hires, probably from the acquired company, who have yet to discover the smoke and mirrors. TRUST ME. I love the idea of working for a start up, I honestly love chaos, a challenge and being a part of an always developing company. But this is not that no matter how much it appears that way, please take any warning you see on her about staying away and that’s it’s soooo not worth the benefits. The concept and facade is really nice and compelling, but behind it is leadership forced into achieving goals at all costs and are always behind the 8 ball. Trust me I’ve been here a long time now and have watched this play out. The priority is Sentral and their financial success at the detriment of their employees health and well-being. Being a start up, yes there should be so much room to grow, but promotions here are only used as manipulation tactics to keep people on and working insanely hard and pretty much dedicate their whole life to it, especially due to the ridiculous inefficiency. Every decision by leadership has 0 thought into the effect, time or energy it will have on employees. Bottom line is all that matters. It’s sad but every one of those positive reviews will be feeling very different in 3 months. I have NEVER written any sort of review on a company and have never had any major issues like this but it feels like my duty to come on here to warn you and try to save you and your mental health. ITS NOT WORTH THE PAY OR BENEFITS
