Sentral really values the people that work there, and everyone on the leadership team is approachable and empathetic, and when one of them asks how your day is going, they really listen because they care. We work really hard and it’s a great feeling knowing that the work you’re doing matters. I have the privilege of working with some of the smartest, most innovative and nice people in the world. Hard work never goes unnoticed, and Sentral will help you succeed if you’re able to communicate what (and why) you need it. There’s ample opportunity to learn additional skills, take on projects out of your normal scope of work, and work across multiple teams for those that are motivated to do so.
