Pros

Lots of opportunities for growth and the ability to try out new processes, install your ideas, and have your voice heard. Cannot speak to other departments but A&F was a great team to be a part of.

Cons

Lots of operational turnover and tech changes. Makes it hard to stick to a process with so much change every 3 months.
