Pros

Sentral has excellent professionals working in all the company departments. The hiring, onboarding, and beginning process have been excellent. Always have support from your supervisor and peers.

Cons

This is a good opportunity to improve in the Maintenance training process (in-person and virtual). I have only worked for over a month in my role, so I do not have any cons experience yet.

None, not 1. I would have said the people if you asked me 6 months ago, but management fired all of them!

Cons

Everything! Promoting the wrong people to lead the business and work streams. No clear direction. No clear objectives other then make money at all costs. They expect you to do 15 people's jobs and work crazy hours, and to show their appreciation they just lay off more people. Thanks for rewarding all our hard work!
