Smattering of employees who can stay in a good head space despite the disorganization

Cons

No direction as an organization Under qualified leadership at all levels due to lack of other options Qualified people leave Workload increases at much faster rate than staffing Top leadership is compensated very generously, but mid-level and below compensation and spending on business needs are penny pinched

A bunch of people who think they know it all. Weak operating systems. Claim they have an app, but it is garbage. Truly hated my life while I was there.

Beautiful buildings. Innovative approaches. Technology is a big focus. Nice upper management. Pay tends to be competitive / on higher end.

Cons

Lack of consistency and structure. Operates like a start up and has constant changes. Communication and transparency is lacking. Lots of layoffs and overnight changes. Work / life balance is lacking and you feel bad for using pto. Health insurance could be better.
