Have been with Sentral for over a year and while there are some challenges with a start up, I have truly felt valued as a team member. Overall teammates have been welcoming and inclusive. The company is open to new ideas and is forward-thinking. Associates have autonomy to run down new tech and other items that may add value to residents and or associates. Culture is diverse, however there could be more focus on building a wellness program. Benefits are great, 401K match, Great PTO, and employer paid medical. No issues with leadership – Leadership has always been approachable and willing to work through challenges. Currently the People team is working to formalize growth plans and ensure there is appropriate career pathing. Yes, last year has been difficult but the pipeline is strong and overall, I feel the company is moving in the right direction.

As the Regional Director of Maintenance, I have been extremely impressed with the company's commitment to providing high-quality services. The management team is dedicated to ensuring that our facilities are kept in excellent condition, and they provide us with the resources needed to ensure that we meet our goals. The team culture is another significant pro in this company. Collaboration, teamwork, and a supportive environment make it easy to establish lasting relationships with colleagues across different departments. The level of communication and cooperation among colleagues is second to none.
